Welcome to Purple Sparrow Glass, where colour is all around in my glass art. I get lost in the flame as the colours melt together to form a fresh and unique creation.

State of Art YYC || Strathcona Community Centre, 277 Strathcona Drive SW, T3H 2A4

May 10th (6pm-9pm) and May 11th (10am-4pm), 2024

I'll be participating in the State of Art YYC Spring 2024 Fine Art Show and Sale at the Strathcona Community Centre this May 10th and 11th! You're welcome to visit the show between 6pm and 9pm on Friday, May 10th, and between 10am and 4pm on Saturday, May 11th where you'll find handmade works of mine and seventeen other local artists. I'm looking forward to seeing you there, especially if you're shopping for the perfect Mother's Day gift!

I create beads and fashion them into wearable pieces of art – earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets. I make links and findings from sterling silver and copper wire and incorporate them into my pieces. Each piece is unique and one of a kind.

These treasures are adorable home accessories. I use my beads to fashion bookmarks, wine stoppers, wine charms, and coffee scoops; as well as seasonal items such as Christmas ornaments and garden accessories.
